Shipping Information
    •    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
    •    Shipping Options: Multiple delivery options and associated costs are available at checkout, based on your location and preferred speed of delivery.
    •    Packaging: All artworks are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.
    •    Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.
    •    International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times and fees may vary; any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
    •    Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
    •    Non-Returnable Items: Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
    •    Return Process: Before sending anything back, please contact us for instructions. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the item.
    •    Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or in error.

Damaged or Lost Artwork
    •    Damaged Shipment: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
    •    Lost Items: In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork.
